SOMATIC EDUCATION & HEALING TOUCH
Discover what it means to live more fully in your body. To listen, feel, and move from a place of presence and choice.
Donavon offers a multidimensional approach to Somatic Education that integrates awareness practices, movement, guided inquiry, and, when appropriate, touch. Sessions invite you to slow down and reconnect with your natural intelligence. Cultivating clarity, relaxation, and aliveness through embodied experience.
A graduate of the Hands on Healing Institute and a Certified Somatic Sex Educator in training, Donavon bridges years of bodywork experience with somatic learning, trauma-informed awareness, and mindfulness-based practice. His work supports you in exploring how sensation, emotion, & energy move through the body and how awareness can restore flow & connection.
Somatic Education sessions may include:
-
Guided mindfulness and embodied inquiry
-
Breath and movement awareness practices
-
Explorations of consent, boundaries, and communication
-
Practices informed by the Wheel of Consent, helping you identify what you want, what you’re open to, and how to express it clearly
-
Optional forms of non-sexual or therapeutic touch, used only when appropriate and by mutual agreement
Donavon’s approach is inclusive and affirming of all bodies, genders, identities, and expressions. His work welcomes individuals, couples, and groups seeking to deepen connection. Within themselves, with others, and with life itself.
Each session is customized to meet you where you are. Whether your focus is on releasing tension, expanding self-awareness, exploring intimacy, or finding more freedom in your body, the process unfolds at your pace and in alignment with your intention.
Drawing from modalities such as mindful movement, somatic dialogue, body-based awareness, and touch education. Donavon blends structure with intuition, creating a space that is both grounded and open to discovery.
Somatic Education sessions can complement medical care, physical training, or personal growth work. They offer a restorative space to reconnect with your inner knowing, develop somatic literacy, and remember what it feels like to be fully alive in your own body.
