What: A play space for practicing and learning presence, polarity, conscious connection, and sacred intimacy
This will be a space for neo-tantra, Intimacy Yoga, & Conscious Connection and is perfect for those curious, beginners, and advanced alike. The perfect date night or to meet & practice with others in a safe and held container.
Over the past decade, this work has profoundly shaped how I see and engage with all areas of my life—family, friends, colleagues, and especially my intimate relationships. It’s given me the ability to look beyond the surface, recognizing that there’s often something deeper at play. By embracing curiosity and slowing down, I’ve witnessed beautiful and meaningful transformations—openings, releases, and insights that have enriched my connections in ways I never imagined. I feel incredibly fortunate to share & teach these powerful tools and practices that help us better understand ourselves and those we love, bringing us closer together.
When I first met Ashley during Polarity teacher training with Michaela Boehm and Steve James, I was immediately struck by the depth, curiosity, and playfulness she brought to every interaction. Since then, our paths have continued to cross, and I’ve watched her grow, dedicating herself to her teachers and practice with unwavering commitment. Her intuitive insights and deep understanding have only flourished over time.
As we began a mutual practice, it became clear that offering a workshop together would not only deepen our own individual practices & journeys but also allow us to share these gifts with others. I am truly honored and grateful to collaborate with her in this workshop, and I’m excited to welcome you all to join us on this journey.

Join us for a unique workshop that explores the depths of intimacy, and creating sacred connection. In this practice we recognize that we are whole individuals coming together to create something greater — The Sacred 3rd in Connection — there is you, your practice partner, and what you create in the moment. This workshop will guide you through partner practices designed to clear emotional debris, allowing you to connect deeply with yourself and your partner.
There will be NO explicitly s-xual touch in this workshop.
Give yourself permission to explore connection with yourself & another. Slow down, become aware, and connect deeply with the moment in however that comes through for you. All of you is welcome.
We welcome practitioners of all levels, singles and couples, whether you're new or have years of experience. As experienced practitioners we will lead you through a transformative ceremony with a series of ways to connect and allow the moment to become fuller & more expansive. Through breathwork and embodied practices, you'll journey into profound states of connection, transcending mental stories and patterns.
Come recharge your emotional and spiritual batteries, see the divinity in your partner, and be seen & felt in your own right.

Studies Classical & Neo Tantra with various teachers. Is certified through Michaela Boehm as a Non-Linear Movement facilitator and Intimacy & Attraction workshop facilitator. Studied with John Wineland in the realms of men’s work, s-xual intimacy & embodiment. Is experienced in the kink realm recently finishing up a 2 year long course in Shibari (rope bondage) with the Devil Mask Society. Has taken courses with Om Rupani – Dominate man and Tantra meets BDSM, and Orpheus Black - The Art of Meditative Bondage. Recently completing the Wheel of Consent for Professional training created by Betty Martin. Currently studying to be a Certified S-xological Bodyworker / Educator through Institute For The Study Of Somatic S-x Education.

Studies with teachers such as Margot Anand, Michaela Boehm, David Deida, and John Wineland. She continues her learning journey through ongoing mentorships with Londin Angel Winters & Justin Patrick Pierce, Lisa Page, Nina Lombardo and Minke De Vos.
She desires to honor her teachers by offering and continuing their work through her own unique lens and playful offerings.
